A large and thus rare Cuprite bronze or copper dagger, Mesopotamia, Copper Age, early-mid 3rd. millenium BC.
The dagger of the Type 1 design, cut out or hammered sheet with a small tang.
Size: 28,9 cm. long and 5,2 cm. wide over the blade!
Condition: Superb, fine brown and green patina with earthern highlights, uncleaned.

A completely intact flaked danish neolithic axe, dating to 3rd-2nd mill BC. The axe has a convex, perfectly shaped cutting, edge and straight parallel sides which taper to a squared off butt end.
The axed measure 135 mm. Each face of the object has been worked with flaking - a very skillfull job!
The flaked sides taper evenly towards the butt end.
The axe has a beautyful mottled greyish white and beige patina and is in nearly superb condition...

A fine matching pair of nicely decorated Indus Valley pottery jars, dating to c. 3rd mill. BC. Probably Mehrgarh-civilisation.
The jars of a vase form small round base, painted zoomorphic motif of a lions and multible fishes.
Size: 12-13 cm. tall each.
Condition: Nice lot, the fish jar is completely intact, the lion jar has a repaired crack, some typical wear to the decoration.

High quality Levantine Pyramidal stamp seal, Neo-Hittite kingdoms, ca. 10th.-8th. century BC.

Provenance: Jytte Soelberg Private Collection, bought in the 1970-1980 from much older collection of a Danish Engineer, traveling in Egypt in the 1960s.

Pearly white glaze with Sgraffito decoration (relief), pottery bowl with flaring body rising from a short foot. The sides decorated with a beautiful Sgraffito pattern of ovals and center and rim decorated with splashes of brown.
Condition: Choice. Almost perfectly intact and with fine grazing and inherent iridescence.

The lamp is of the Loeschcke Typus VIII and displays a standing Cupid, playing a flute on the discus. Finely stamped with 'the foot' workshop mark, well known workshop, central Rome, 1st. cent. AD

An late renaissance or baroque period Iron Padlock, European, ca. 16th.-17th. century.
Cast and wrought lock. Very beautiful with an arched moveable part and a keyhole at one end. The lock was cobber braized or plated in the renaissance manor and much cobber can still be spotted in parts of the surface (see pictures).
