A nice bronze spear or perhaps a jevelin, dating to the 2nd. millenium BC.

The spear has a very pronounced central midrib and a long bended tang. Small knob holds the blade from going into the handle when mounted.

Size: 23-24 cm.

Condition: Choice! Fine metal and good patina, a few scratches from cleaning othervise a superb specimen with no corrosion.

The dagger with a short tang, once mounted to a handle of wood or bone now lost, and a fine slender blade and round shoulders.

A large and beautiful Egyptian Steatite Scarab, mid 2nd. millenium BC-Late Period.

Interesting piece with the double Uraeus or rearing Cobra snake in high relief.

The Uraeus was used as a symbol of sovereignty, royalty, deity and divine authority in ancient Egypt. The pharaoh was recognized only by wearing the Uraeus, which conveyed legitimacy to the ruler. There is evidence for this tradition even in the Old Kingdom during the third millennium BC.

Highly interesting Roman pottery Oillamp with a makers mark of the Foot with destinct toes, 1st. century AD!

Beautiful fine quality piece decorated with wine and grapes, central rosette, knob handle. This Makers mark was used in the later part of the 1st. century AD, but it's the first time we've seen it with distict toes as well.

A large oil lamp with a bird in leaves on the discus and symbols around the discus, knob handle and one filling holes.
