An important and very large thickbutted Danish neolithic axe in Museum Quality, dating to later part of the 4th mill BC.

This axe is a very rare specimen because of its immense size: 32 x 8,5 x 4,3 cm - and weighing 2,5 kg. on the kitchenweight.

Highly interesting offering dish, Egyptian, 2nd.-1st. millenium BC.

The piece is from Luxor and purchased on the site in the 1960s. A spectacular piece that we initially sought was made of faiance, but it's very heavy and the terric Sun ray pattern on the back is surely carved, not mould cast. Glazed on the front with green-blue glaze. The back is basically a Sun disc, so a dating around the reign of Akhenaten, 14th. century BC...

An excellent very large brown-gream stone seal in the form of a reclining cow, dating to the Late Uruk-Jemdet Nasr period of Mesopotamia, 3300-2900 BC

The seal is engraved in drill-technique on the base. The cow is very sensitively modelled, looking back towards his tail. Pierced.

Size: 41 mm. long and massive! Weight c. 36-37 grams.
