The scarab is carved and polished with the image of a running dog stylized and very artful. The beetle is very beatyfully carved as well.

A wonderful original restrung necklace with two cylinder seals and multible beads in faiance, dating to the predynastic period, 4th.-3rd. mill. BC.

The chain consists of round beads and with diamondshaped beads at symethric intervals. In each side a large cylinder seal with lines engraved. The seals are sort of barrel-shaped.

The superbly preserved engraved bezel of a stone ring, carved in hard black stone with white inclusions. A part of the ring itself broken off in antiquity but the bezel and shoulders are fully intact and shows Anubis seated on throne, the cartouche of Thutmose and the 'Ankh of Life' symbol. Could be read as 'Thutmose, the ruler over life and dead'.

The scarab very attractive, naturalistic with finely defined details and superb preserved glaze.

The inscription looks like a name to us, though we can't decifer it.
