A set of two very decorative Islamic tiles with floral motifs in fine colours, Qajar or earlier, c. 17th.-19th. cent. AD.

Unresearched but guaranteed at least from the 19th. century, probably older. With fine crackles in the glaze and a wonderful brownish patina on the backside.

Size: Each c. 14,7 cm. tall and 9 cm. wide.

Condition: Extremely fine! An intact pair.

A vintage necklace in fine twisted silver wire of ancient clay mummy beads and a large faience amulet of Bes, Late period to Roman period, c. 600-100 BC.

Size: 43 mm. for the amulet, the necklace is 29-30 cm. in a double row. Incl. a couple of - probably modern but old - charms in bronze or cobber.

Condition: Nice Very fine and intact.

Provenance: Collection of Gunna Munkvad, Denmark, aquired from the 1960s-1980s.

Interesting and elaborate large fragment of a collar of a Mummy Cartonnage coffin, Egyptian, Late Period to Ptolemaic, c. 712-300 BC.

A decorative piece of the entire collar, very thick and stable with great colours.

Condition: Good Very fine, choice for the fragment, stable throughout.

A very large and impressive Wheel-lock pistol, from Suhl, Germany, steel fitted and with ebonized stock, c. early 17th. cent.

Armoury / regimentsmark inlaid in the handle and stamped with Suhl control mark.

Size: 55 cm. long.

Condition: Nice Very fine, faint traces of hairline repair to stock at one place, very nicely done and almost not visible, perhaps from the time of use. Cleaned metal parts, later ramrod, othervise intact and choice.

A lovely and extremely rare, large version of a Wheel-lock pistol in Noble quality, Germany, Augsburg, c. 1570-1580.

With swamped two-stage barrel, struck on the top flat of the octagonal breech with the Augsburg mark (Neue Støckel 1294), and the cock of the fine metal lock is engraved with marine monsters.

Ebonized full stock inlaid with white staghorn or bone panels between horn lines and borders mainly engraved with overlapping foliage and scrollwork...

Scarce and attractive steatite scarab of the New Kingdom period, inscribed with the royal name / cartouche of Seti I, 1294-1279 BC.

Carved in greyish steatite with fine details of the beetle and inscribed with 'men ka re'. Thanks to a good collector friend reassigned from Thutmosis (men kheper re)

Size: c. 15 mm. long.

Condition: Extremely fine, particularly sharp and finely preserved specimen, patina with web-like crackles.

A really nice and detailed core style cylinder seal, of the Neo-Assyrian Empire, 9th.-7th. cent BC.

The seal depicts the king in a running 'Persian' stance, spearing an Ibex with a short spear or arrow, while holding a sicle-sword in the other hand. A quiver on his back and the star symbol of the Sungod over the Three Of Life.

Interesting and elaborate cylinder seal carved in greyish black stone, with a bearded whorshipper standing before the combined alters of Ashur and Sin or Nabu. Nice Assyro-babylonian style and fine details.

Condition: Good Very fine, light wear and completely intact.

A wonderful quality carnelien and agate cylinder seal, Neo-Assyrian, 9th.-7th. cent. BC.

Marvelous core Assyrian style depicting an offer scene: A manheaded and winged horse / winged Kentaur is bending it's knee to the great King or perhaps Sin the moon god, below the winged sun-disc emblem of Ashur. He is holding the beast, while another deity comes running swinging a sword. An attendant behind.

A larger cylinder seal carved in a fine redish-orange stone, Middle Assyrian, provincial, later 2nd. millennium BC.

A sharp seal showing a bowman aiming at a horned animal and another animal behind, perhaps a Lion, in the fields the symbols of the Sun and Moon for the ruling deity, Ashur and his servant on planet earth the Assyrian king...

A fine Roman glass beaker with mild irridescence, Imperial period, 1st.-3rd. cent. AD.

Nice glass vessel with round foot and turned over lip. Uneven manifactured lip, but completely intact and choice!

Massive piece around a 1 cm. thick. with a fine relief.

The fine jar, ovoid in form with a pointed base and a collar at the mouth.

An Egyptian Cosmetic vessel, Middle to New Kingdom, 2nd. millenium BC.

An alabaster cosmetic vessel of squat baluster form, a rather substantial and attractive specimen with ancient remnants of Kohl inside!

Size: 56 mm. tall and 53 mm. wide.

Condition: Nice VF, the lip with some small edge chip, othervise superb and attractive for it's type.

The vessel of slender form and beautifully polished, the vessel tapering to a rounded base and circular disc rim, probably a cosmetic vessel.

An interesting and quite attractive small limestone figure of a Noble Lady, New Kingdom, ca. 1300–1200 B.C.

The lady’s attire and hairstyle are typical of the fashion after the second half of the 18th Dynasty. She wears an elaborate envelopping wig and a wrap-around garment, pectorial on the neck.
