An exceptionally rare and important early gilt bronze bell, dating to the Jin Dynasty (Manchurian), 1115–1234 AD. Its name is sometimes written as Kin, Jurchen, Jin or Jinn in English to differentiate it from an earlier Jìn dynasty of China.

Fantastic casting with Guanyin in relief among clouds and other elements on the broadsides, typical knobbed design on the small-sides and the loop shaped as forparts of elephants.
