Fantastic tomb pottery Chinese Warrior of the largest size known!

This warrior comes from a buriel group of approx 16-24 figures all in all. We recently sold three with full TL tests from the Ralf Kotalla lab dating them to ca. 1420, during the Ming Dynasty, (1368-1644 AD). This particular figure has not been tested thus it's cheaper, since tests are expensive, but has the same guarantee for authenticity and comes with a COA.

A fine high quality bronze figure of Guanyin, Late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911 AD).

Details of very high quality; she is standing on a Lotus Throne on top of an arrangement with a Turtle and a Toad under large leafs and other floral decoration. She is clad in a long flowing gown, holding attributes in each hand and wearing an elaborate headdress; serene beautiful facial expression. A fine Jade Bi Disc pendant in a rare type of celadon Nephrite with pinkish red inclusions, 19th.-20th. century.

This Bi disc have been carved and polished in a rare piece of jade with a web of veins almost resampling a the fine veins in a human eye! Also called the eye of the Hurricane in China. Very attractive and almost never seen for sale. Small drilled hole to make it possible to wear it as an amulet.
