This stunning anthropomorphic figure features a typical highly stylized face. He stands nude on conical legs with his gender outlined in a minimalistic manor. He hold both arms out from the shoulders and is painted with bright colours. He wears a spiked headress.

A nice lot of two pre-Columbian pottery objects from Old Danish Collection, Manteno Culture, Ecuador, c. 800-1200 AD.

Lot consists of a wonderful intact stopper from a pottery vessel in the shape of a birds head! (5,4 cm.) and a a rare flute in brown clay, featuring a standing bird-man with a bird in his left hand (8,2 cm.).

Attractive ancient Nazca pottery bowl, southern coast of Peru, dating to ca. 200-600 AD.

The bowl or vessel is trompet shaped with a wide rim and round bottom, the sides vividly decorated with birds and the bottom in two colour geomethric motif.

Size: 13,4 cm. wide x 10 cm. tall.

Condition: Choice for these, a few hairline break repaired and some micro chips to glaze on body, othervise completely intact. Could be restored to a perfect piece, quite easily.
