A rare and interesting depiction of a wild dog on a double vessel with a large mug decorated with a relief carving of human figures and with whistle function.

Size: 19,5 cm. wide and 13,5cm. tall, substantial in hand.

Condtition: Good Very fine, intact with a short closed micro-thin hairline at the rim.

Provenance: Heidi Vogelsandt, Darmstadt, prior to 1995.

An attractive double chambered bridge vessel with bow handle and a human head, body with relief decorations, Pre-columbian Chimú, 1250-1450 AD.

Size: 21,5 cm. wide and 18,5cm. tall.

Condition: Nice Very fine, hairline closed crack in the body and some light chipping of edges, othervise complete and intact.

Fine small collection of three pairs of gold tweezers for the removal of bodily hair, Chimü or earlier, c. 600-1100 AD.

All Tweezers test as 18 carats or more and stringed as pendants to brown thread.

Size: 3 cm. for the two largest in length, 2,4 cm. for the smaller.

Weight: c. 7 grams or more, ex strings. The largest weigh c. 3,2 grams, the 2nd. 2,8 grams and the last 1,3 grams of gold.

Condition: Choice and intact.

Attractive, intact large spouted jar with broad strap handle, c. 900-1300 AD.

Finely made, very sharply symethric piece with decoration along the upperpart. Very old collection tags still glued to the base.

A beautiful Pre-Columbian Stone Metate, complete with Mano, Costa Rica, 1st. millenium A.D.

A rarely seen complete square Metate with a turtle head and grinding stone, socalled manu, standing on three legs. This Metate is authentic and comes with a beautiful ancient patina and provenance from old Danish collection.

A very attractive Jalisco pottery figure of a naked woman with large headdress, Mexico, Pre-columbian period, 200 BC- 400 AD.

Stunning quality with preserved moulded details and pigments.

Size: c. 17,5 cm. tall and 20 cm. incl. the fine dark wood costum made base.

Condition: Excellent and choice for the type, intact with small old loss to edge of headress at her left side.

A very rarely offered complete polychrome pottery figural vessel, Aztec / triple alliance Empire, c. 1200-1500 AD.

Interesting vessel that is both anthropomorphic and zoomorphic. A bulbous vessel with the figure having small limbs and with a small head with facial tattoos, probably a chieftain or Shaman. He is sort of holding on to the jar backwards with his diminutive hands. On the side of the vessel a protruding Feline or Dog head.

Size: 15 cm. wide and 9 cm. tall.

A very attractice pottery bowl with the typical corset / convex shape, Ica / Chincha bowl, pre-columbian, 1000-1476 AD.

Probably made locally under Inca overlordship. The ornamentation of this Ica-Chincha vessel is geometric, and it brings to mind a woven textile pattern and surface.

Size: 12,8 cm. in diameter and 4,8 cm. tall.

Condition: Good Very fine, intact with a few minor glaze chips to the rim.

A massive and elaborate seal of the rare roller seal group, probably for decorating bread, Pre-Columbian Carchi culture, Ecuador. 500 BC-500 AD.

A very beautiful and impressive seal decorated with geomethric patterns in solid grey stoneware. The seal born with protruding handles, to make it easier to use.

Size: 12 cm. long!

Condition: Extremely fine.

Ex. Lyngbye Collection, Jan Pelle, aquired in the 1960s, with his old tag made later.

A lovely large and heavy pair ot tweezers for the removal of bodily hair, Chimü or earlier, c. 600-1100 AD.

Very vivid piece done in reppousee to resample the bust of a human.

Size: 38 x 32 mm. and weighing 8.44 grams in quite good gold alloy, probably around 18 carats.

Condition: Good Very fine, a few minor dents but completely intact and still workable.

Interesting huge seal from the Oberländer collection. It was described as unidentified and probably ceramic, but to us it looks like Limestone, but we're not certain. Ancient Pre-colombian or Western Asian? There were no other precolumbian items in the collection.

It's sold as guaranteed ancient and 800+ years old.

Size: 38 mm tall and 27 mm. thick!

Condition: Very fine, with overall wear and few chips.

Interesting huge seal from the Oberländer collection. It was described as unidentified and probably ceramic, but to us it looks like Limestone, but we're not certain. At first glance it looks like a Pre-Columbian seal, but details doesn't compute and there were no Pre-Columbian seals in the collection, so it could be from Mesopotamia / Western Asia, we're not certain.

It's sold as guaranteed ancient and 800+ years old.

Impressive pottery stamp seal carved with 4 birds (Flamingos?) over a geomethric panel, Pre-Columbian, Chancay, 12th.-15th. century AD.

The stamp is completely intact and massive! There's a projecting spike on the back.

An unusually large and well-made amulet of a bird, carved from hard black stone, Pre-Columbian Moche Culture, Early fase 100-300 AD.

In an exceptional quality, also for the material. Finely carved, symethric and with very sharp details. Elongated base pierced for suspension. Part of a small selection of high quality amulets from the Lyngbye Collection.

A fantastic and very rare massive ritual spearpoint in black obsidian, Pre-Columbian or early colonial Mexico, likely Aztec manifacture, 14th.-16th. century.

The spearpoint made of one full flaking block of obsidian, with central unknapped areas to use its full size.

Size: 48 cm. long and weighing c. 2,2 kilograms!
