A very beautiful Thin-butted type of Axe, 3rd. millenium BC of the Danish Neolithic Period, found at Sealand, likely from the early Singlegrave culture, ca. 2800 BC.
A substantial heavy axe for it's size, very well made with attractive seams along all edges, curving broadsides and great symethri overall.
Size: 16,5 cm. long.
Condition: Mint condition, with an exceptional rose or pink patina and a good amber colour on other parts! A Marsh find.
