Fine and sharp stamp seal, carved in translucent Calchedony, Neo-Babylonian, 7th.-6th. century BC.

A hardstone cone shaped stamp seal with design depicting a standing bearded robed male, worshipper or perhaps a priest, and a symbol before that looks like a weapon or perhaps a sort of Ankh.

Size: 21 mm tall and the seal plate being 17 x 13 mm.

Condition: Superb or about so.
