An usually large and beautiful green Faiance amulet, of the Horus (?) with the massive double crown, dating 27th.-30th. dynasty (525 - 332 B.C.).
Lower parts missing, loop at the back. Wonderful sculptural quality and a beautiful colour.
Size: 50 mm. tall. so the original faiance would have been ca. 10+ cm. - a very rare piece!
Ex. Old Danish Private Collection, aquired in the 1970s.
