Gorgeous! Cel 925 Silver Mexico Ornate Jeweled Necklace. This is a magnificent piece in the famous Matl Style. This one was made by CEL, a great master silversmith, that exceeded expectations. This is an example of a great maestro, you can see the great quality and attentation to details, this is not a Matl copy, this is a piece of art in the same style as Matl, but with a different less popular artist, with same quality as Matl. There were some Maestros that we can compare in quality terms to Matl, and that would be CEL, Rivera, Morales and Dominguez. These Maestros proved that you don't need a big name to create wonderful pieces. These kind of pieces are getting harder to find. The color of the stones are beautiful. Necklace measures 19" length Center piece measures 2 1/2" height including the amethysts tear drops, and 3" wide. Necklace weighs 65 grams. It is signed with maker's initials "CEL 925" as well as "STERLING MEXICO" ME02
