This is an important Japanese made and signed by KINKOZAN tripod Satsuma Vase with a panoramic view of various attributes of Japanese life. You can see a koro, a suseki, a few banzai, gourd, Buddhist bell, a drum, Bamboo vase ,a fan, basket with vegetables, stand with Kannon and koro , a big vase with Ikebana, tea-ceremony attributes, a floor screen, a tall wood stand with Ikebana ,and a carved jade vase. The border ornaments of the vase, the base and its neck vary in decorations; there is also a very fine wide stripe on a vase. The shape of the vase reminds a double gourd (upside down) and has a tripod base. The vase is decorated inside its mouth as well. This splendid Kinkozan Satsuma Vase measures 14 3/4 inches tall by 8.5 in Diameter, and it dates circa 1900, Meiji, Japan.
