Magnificent Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) Studio Porcelain Vase by Kawamoto Masukichi. It is finely decorated with eight under-glazed blue decorative shields with dragons; there are also ho-birds in unusually shaped shields and beautiful light brown ornaments around them. Symbolic wide stripe is on top of the vase. 12" tall x 9" D.
