Ensemble of Thai Tok money from Northern Kingdom of Lanna. The largest coin Is D: 5.2cm and weighs approx 70 grams (according to my kitchen scale), and is hallmarked with two sets of concentric circle stamps, Chiang Mai 1615-1768. I tested this with an aqua regis kit and it has a high silver content of about 90%. The other two coins although with no hallmark appears to be the same and are approx 22mm each. The larger solid coin, D: 4.4cm appears to be “billon” with a lesser content of about 50%-60%, and is probably from Nan to the east of Chiang Mai. Except for the largest silver one all have traces of gold lacquer on them.
