Regional tonalist inspired original oil painting depicting a tree, a weeping beech beyond an arch, facing its remaining weathered limbs toward a luminous soft yellow sky just over an old line of empty Victorian carriage converted carports. All set against a snow covered ground. The view seen here is at mid trunk level, as these are huge trees. Painted on stretched canvas with a palette of six plus white, by a self learned American painter and signed at lower right as Mimi Dee.
