This is an outstanding signed Vintage Taxco Mexican sterling silver and Tiger Eye bracelet and necklace matched set. The Tiger's Eye links are shaped like half barrels ‘capped’ with sterling silver on each end, longer pieces of Tiger Eye on the bracelet than the necklace. The skill of the maker is apparent right away. Each piece of stone is perfectly set into the silver ends attached by small O'Rings on the necklace and by perfect little hinges on the bracelet. The necklace is attached with O’Rings only on the top of the links making the way the piece fall on the neck more perfect looking as the tiger's eye links can spread out a bit to adjust to the individual's size. The only defect; on one of the links (shown in the picture) on the bracelet has a surface crack in the tiger's eye gemstone that does not go all the way through and is solid, does not move even when I tried to force it to move- shown well in one of the photographs.
Marks: TILO. MEXICO. 925. TS-45.
Measurements: Necklace 16.25” long closed, links 15mm long x 8.22mm wide | Bracelet 7.5” wearable, links 26.98mm long x 9.92mm wide.
