Sales Policy
We allow 14 days for you to authenticate a purchased item if we do not provide a COA from our approved list of authenticators shown below or, within 3 days receipt, no objection is made to authenticity. After that time all sales are final. We have made every effort to accurately describe the item and show supporting photos and a video of the item as well. We'll be glad to answer as many questions as you might have and to supply additional photos. Every item on our site has been examined by a forensic laboratory and declared authentic. We accept the opinions of Bill Breckinridge, Tom Davis, Bill Jackson, Ben Stermer, Carlos Tatum for Florida material, Frank Aon from Orenda Labs and Stoetzerinc.com for pre-Columbian material. If you wish to use a different authenticator, that must be agreed upon before purchase. Any rejected item will need a 'kill letter' from the authenticator. All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped or the return will be void. Buyer pays for return shipping.

We will accept PayPal, a personal check, money order, certified check or bank wire transfer. For international shipping, it is the buyers responsibility to check with your customs service to determine whether your purchase can be imported legally. If you have not done so and your package is confiscated by your customs department due to ineligibility, the loss will be yours if the package is not returned to us. We will determine whether your purchase can be legally exported from the U.S. Note that by law, we must list the full price paid on the customs form accompanying an international shipment. The receiving party will be responsible for all customs and/or duty charges.
