Opalized dinosaur toe bone in three pieces. This one-of-a-kind gem translucent red fire opal toe bone was found in Utah. It is 2" long by .325" wide. The top of the claw is readily seen as translucent, but the entire claw as well as the two toe bones are also red fire opal throughout, but the outside would need to be polished to bring out the translucent opal. This is the only red fire opal dinosaur bone fossil known to exist as far as I know. According to the Australian Opal Center, Australia i...

This is a spectacular IMPORTANT Olmec jade maskette pendant depicting a mythical transformational were-jaguar with very rare features. It has the face and mouth of the most famous Olmec artifact of all, the "Kunz Axe" which was the first artifact attributed to the Olmecs and found in 1890. The fangs and mouth on the Kunz axe are unique making this iconography an extremely rare piece. One expert theorized what at first appear to be whiskers on the upper lip in fact more closely resemble character...

A Jack of Hearts playing card shot through the heart, signed J.W. Hardin in the bottom right hand margin and for Mr. Ford in the bottom left hand margin along with 3 words I cannot read. The handful of other known examples, estimated to be between 6-17 appear to be from the same deck. The gunslinger was part owner of the bar and gambling venue and he reportedly signed these cards for patrons as a souvenir of a shooting demonstration he put on for the Fourth of July. John Wesley Hardin (1853-1895...

This incredible Rabbit Island Dart arrowhead was found on Sauvie's Island, Oregon by Carroll Howe's sister while hunting with Carroll. I purchased the point from him on 12-13-90. Carroll wrote 4 books on Northwest material. It is made from gorgeous highly translucent orange agate. It has beautiful serrated edges and is flawless. The chipping is the finest. It has no stacks, curves or bends. It is 2 1/4". I believe it to be the finest Rabbit Island ever found and is certainly one of the largest. ...

This is a Mayan Jade sitting cross-legged pregnant woman. Depictions of women are rare. Pregnant women are even rarer. She is wearing a coiled snake headdress. Snakes are a powerful symbol among the Maya. In their primal form, snakes represent the surge of life force that brings all things on earth into manifestation. It is 3" tall. Excellent patina. No damage. It was found in Guatemala and dates to 250-600AD. I purchased it in 1991 from dealer Michael Robbins.

This is an extremely rare Olmec opaque blue jade perforator handle. It is 5 1/2" long. I purchased it from Michael Robbins in 1989. It appears to be a shaman in flight perhaps holding onto a transformational creature. The deep facial features, elongated head and deep cleft are classic. This one grabs hold of you and won't let go. It has one of the most eerily entrancing Olmec faces I have seen. It is ex. Sotheby's. It was authenticated by a forensic laboratory. All paperwork goes to buyer.

This stunning pure gold and quartz necklace is from the El Bolo treasure. It was found by treasure hunters who struck a deal with the Colombian government, the Bank of Colombia and the local peasants whereby the treasure was divided up by some formula. The Royal Family of Saudi Arabia purchased many of the best pieces including full body suits. Artifacts from this treasure can be readily identified by the extreme purity of the gold which is 23K. The Bank of Columbia among other items had 8 gold ...
