DESCRIPTION: Nice pair of wooden exercise clubs or juggling pins. The bodies of both clubs have been turned and the lines painted in alternating colors of red and green. Very good condition with normal wear and no cracks. DIMENSIONS: The taller club is 13.75” high; the shorter club is 12" high.

DESCRIPTION: An appealing green nephrite disk or bi, carved with two chilong dragons whose heads and bodies ring the edges with their limbs draping down on either side. From a mid-west collection, the design, color and form are quite pleasing and could be used as a toggle or an eye-catching pendant when incorporated into a necklace. DIMENSIONS: 2 5/8” diameter (6 cm), 2.25 oz. (64g) weight.

DESCRIPTION: A lovely mounted crib quilt in a tumbling blocks pattern, the colors making the optical illusion of six point stars. Quilt is mounted with light sewing onto stapled muslin, and can be hung in two directions. From the collection of a Pawling, New York collector. DIMENSIONS: 39" x 54".

DESCRIPTION: A hand woven Native American rug in a traditional tumbling blocks pattern, a Navajo motif also found in Americana quilts. This attractive, double sided, flat weave wool rug uses natural dyes in red, black and tan to form the block designs. Very good condition, no holes or tears. DIMENSIONS: 55” x 35".

DESCRIPTION: A very good woven oak-splint basket in lobed buttocks form, used as a field gathering basket or a market basket for goods. This large early 1900’s Pennsylvania basket has a sturdy bentwood handle with double bentwood-wrapped rims; old varnish finish. Very good condition with minor usage wear. For size reference, the last photo in this listing shows this basket displayed on top of our Country Corner Cabinet (#A-CBL2). DIMENSIONS: 20” wide x 17" high.

DESCRIPTION: A vintage terra cotta pitcher (or handled pot), skillfully hand-painted in green and white glazes with deer painted on each side using fluid brush strokes. Originating from the Tlaquepaque-Tonala area of Mexico, this delightful redware pitcher is in excellent condition; no chips or cracks. DIMENSIONS: Body is 6.25” x 5.5”; 5” high.

DESCRIPTION: A colorful folk art game board of alternating red and black squares for playing checkers or chess, bordered by green and white triangles, giving an overall pleasing geometric effect. DESCRIPTION: This dynamic and colorful Alebrije goat (or ram) is carved as if in a full run, its long front leg folded under its body in mid-stride. Two huge white horns curl from the top of its head to its ears. His green speckled body is accented with vibrant red "stripes" running down his back, tail and legs, while a purple design covers his belly. DESCRIPTION: A handsome Japanese hibachi, crafted from a section of kiri wood (paulownia wood) with rounded body and lacquer floral designs. Inside is the original copper liner where coals would be placed for heating or keeping a tea pot warm. Two large peony blossoms are lacquered in gold and orange on the front, with smaller leafed branches on the reverse. Paulownia wood is very light, fine-grained, and warp-resistant, and is often used in Japan for chests and boxes...
