These links are hinged together with pins and there is movement to this bracelet.The center cut outs let your skin show through. An exceptionally fine sterling and turquoise necklace by Frank Patania. The stones are beautiful and set in saw toothed bezels. Measuring 14" end to end, the center square is 1/1/2" long and 1 3/8" wide. An extender can easily be added to the chain in the back so that this piece can fit a larger neck. Fine original condition and signed as shown. These pieces are highly collectible and heirloom quality.

A spectacular sterling and multi color enamel bracelet by the Norwegian company Balle. This is a heavy hinged cuff with a pin closure and safety chain. Charming 940 silver Aztec design necklace by Hector Aguilar, c. 1940. Very intricate and ornamental, this piece measures 16 1/2" end to end and is 1" wide. It weighs 88 grams and looks superb on. It is in excellent original condition, has a secure push in clasp and is signed for Hector Aguilar as shown in the photo. I have never seen this Hector Aguilar necklace offered before and not found it pictured in any book so believe it to be quite rare. A remarkable Hector Aguilar necklace!

This is a spectacular sterling and rose quartz necklace by Felipe Martinez. His workshop , Piedra Y Plata, opened in 1950, and was considered by his peers to be one of the best silver shops in Taxco. This necklace measures approximately 16-16 1/2" end to end ( it is curved so cannot measure exactly ) and is 5/8" wide at the center. It weighs 94 grams and is in fine original condition. Stunning and rare sterling ring with intricately carved black onyx by Brazilian landscape architect and jeweler Burle Marx in the "forma livre" (free form) style. Burle Marx was particularly known for his use of large gemstones, often fashioned by carving or tumbling rather than being faceted, a technique he invented in 1948. A rare, stunning bracelet by Modernist Joachim S'Paliu of Cordorba, Spain. Born in 1944, he produced a significant line of jewelry during the 1960's and 70's. The bracelet measures 6" around in the inside with a 7/8" opening. It is 2 5/8" wide at the enormous amethyst stone and surrounding silver cast frame front. The stones are just beautiful. A terrific abstract mid-century modern sterling bracelet by Taxco silversmith Sigi Pineda. It is hinged in the back and pulls open in the front at the horizontal lines, most ingenious! The bezel set aventurine stone is a nice touch. These are the kind of designs for which Sigi is most celebrated. This is a very early and unusual 990 silver and turquoise cuff bracelet by Hector Aguilar. I have never seen this piece before and have not found it pictured in any of the Mexican silver books so believe it to be quite rare. There are 6 bezel set cabachon turquoise stones framed with vertical lines that alternate with a pattern of incised wavy horizontal lines.The stones are beautiful and appear to be all original.
