Extraordinary huge vintage sterling and turquoise petit point ring by Zuni Edith Tsatbetsaye , circa 1970. Many silversmiths created petit point pieces but this silversmith took the art to an extreme. The stones are cut with a semi-circular high domed arch that is her trademark, creating a lacework that wraps around the entire front half of the finger. This ring is a size 6 1/2 and measures 1 3/8" long and 1 " wide in the front. Weighing 10 grams, there are no missing stones and no chips or cracks to any stone. Signed as shown. A truly remarkable and rare work of art.
