Extremely Rare Poupee (doll) from the Louis Vuitton Toy Shop. Made from a type of plastic (possibly celluloid) with delicate hand painted features, dressed in a detailed regional costume of Bretagne (Brittany). The costume appears to be of a style found in the area around Pont Aven. The face of the doll is of a mature woman not a child. A collection of three (3) pieces of Venini glass from 2002. All three pieces have the round clear Venini Murano Made In Italy label to the side, and all are signed venini 2002 on the base. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to any of the pieces.

The collection contains the following pieces:

A 9 inch (22.9 cm) tall 'a canne' vase in green, crystal, and light blue stripes. It tapers from 6 inches (15 cm) at the rim, down to 4 inches (10 cm) at the base.

Simple, classic designs!

A collection of pencil neck vases and a large brandy snifter all in satinato glass. Orange, green, blue and yellow satinato colors are represented. All pieces have a clear satinato foot. Pieces were designed and made by Carlo Moretti for Rosenthal-Netter.

Original Rosenthal-Netter labels or remnants of same on the bases of several of the pieces.

Very large sculpture of a seagull in flight skimming over a wave on the ocean.

The Seagull is done in clear glass, with a hazy, white, layered internal decoration. The wave is a smoky clear glass. The two pieces are epoxied together, as is the case when two pieces had to be made separately, and annealed first, due to the design not being able to be joined when hot.

The piece measures 20 inches (51 cm) tall by 20 inches (51 cm) wide and is 8 inches (20 cm) deep.

Large clear glass sculpture of an Angelfish measuring 15 inches (cm) tall, and 11 1/2 inches (cm) wide at the widest point. There is a bubble inclusion "eye patch" for decoration. Designed by Licio Zanetti and made by Zanetti Vetreria Artistica, circa 1970, the piece is signed on the underside in script, Zanetti L. Exceptional representation of Wine/Water Bearer in black (dark amethyst), opalescent blue, lattimo, and red glass. Blackamoor figure in billowing pleated harem pants in red glass with heavy gold leaf holds a water jug of the same red glass/gold leaf combination in one hand, the other arm is held outstretched. A pair of large droplet shaped pendant lamps in cool green and blue murrines that resemble cells. An Ermanno Toso design from around 1960. The murrines are floating in a clear glass matrix on which they were gathered, heated, then blown.

Each hanging fixture has a satiny acid matte finish and is capped with a polished brass plate with loop for hanging. The brass plates appear to be original. The brass plates are held on by clips and can be removed to change the bulbs.

Whimsical Decanter by Fratelli Toso created circa 1960.

Decanter is of simple form with applied features resembling that of a sad dog, pleading coyly with upturned eyes. The clear green glass body has opaque lines running down from the top of the neck of the bottle to just below the top of the dogs ears and eyes. The dogs eyes lattimo (milk) glass with green glass pupils looking upwards. Nose, mouth and ears are a darker clear green glass.

Heavy, thick walled vase in cobalt blue cased in crystal, with silvery air traps in a repeating geometric pattern.

The vase stands 8 inches tall and is 4 inches in diameter at the top. the base tapers to 2 1/4 inches.

This vase weighs in at 9 pounds, a lot of weight to work with on a handmade, hand-finished piece!

Cylindrical decanter in light blue, pink and white 'a canne' with a matching globular stopper. Stopper has a clear glass flange and neck. Neither the stopper nor the neck of the bottle is ground. Excellent addition to any glass collection! Designed by Tom Connally, this decanter stands 12 1/4 inches tall with it's mushroom cap stopper. (10 3/4 inches without) and is 2 3/4 inches in diameter. The color is a crisp, clear blue. The decanter has a heavy base so its not easily tipped. These pieces were hand blown so there are variations in the glass and structure. Rare, Made only from 1969 to 1972. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks.

Round serving platter in the "Toucans" pattern from Hermes, produced for Hermes by Moustiers France in their famous faience ware.

This redware pottery is heavier than the Limoges porcelain in which this pattern is usually found. The Moustiers ware is less common as fewer pieces were made due their being handmade with a raised design, except the plates which are flat.

The platter is 12 inches (30.5cm) in diameter, and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Marked.

Beautiful slip graal bowl in maroon and clear glass, circa 1954. Intriguing floral or snowflake design at botton of bowl is the focus from which all the 'arms' of the spiral emanate, really lovely. This is the largest size Thule vase made by Holmgaard. The vase, made in smoke grey glass, is 9 1/4 inches (23.2 cm) in diameter, and stands 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm) tall at the highest point. It tapers to 3 1/8 inches (7.9 cm) at the base. It is in excellent, near mint condition, with no discernable scratches (except for those expected on the base), and no chips cracks or repairs.
