Large stoppered Nerox "a petoni" (patches)Decanter by Fratelli Toso in black glass with dark red and hot pink patches, designed by Ermanno Toso. Nerox is black oxide glass (nero = black, ox = oxide), and is a true black glass. This black glass is used to gather up the patches of colored glass to create the "a petoni" pattern on a black ground. There are versions of the patched pattern that use clear glass as the gather, rather than black glass...

Heavy, thick walled vase in cobalt blue cased in crystal, with silvery air traps in a repeating geometric pattern.

The vase stands 8 inches tall and is 4 inches in diameter at the top. the base tapers to 2 1/4 inches.

This vase weighs in at 9 pounds, a lot of weight to work with on a handmade, hand-finished piece!

The piece is signed on the base Orrefors/Ariel 295 E-4/Ingeborg Lundin

Condition of the vase is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. 1974

A pair of large droplet shaped pendant lamps in cool green and blue murrines that resemble cells. An Ermanno Toso design from around 1960. The murrines are floating in a clear glass matrix on which they were gathered, heated, then blown.

Each hanging fixture has a satiny acid matte finish and is capped with a polished brass plate with loop for hanging. The brass plates appear to be original. The brass plates are held on by clips and can be removed to change the bulbs...

Venini 'a canne' bowl in alternating stripes of red, and clear glass, with applied clear glass foot. Foot has polished pontil and is stamped Venini murano ITALIA. The bowl measures 9.75 inches (24.7 cm) in diameter and stands 5.25 inches (13.3 cm) tall. It has a wavy rim like most 'a canne' pieces. Possibly Scarpa or Paulo Venini, of 1950's vintage. The bowl is in excellent condition, with minor scratches on the bottom interior of the bowl, but no chips, cracks or repairs. This is eye-catching!

Rare, early Eva Englund vase from her days at Pukeberg prior to joining Orrefors. The piece dates from 1966, is very large and in exceptional condition. The series of these vases was called Eldlek ("Fireplay"). The piece measures 16 3/8 inches Tall (41.6 cm) and is 36 inches (91.4 cm) in circumference at the widest point, this is the largest size in this series...

Absolutely beautiful, and stunning tall table lamp for your home! This lamp will be a focal point in any room. This lamp is tall at 38.5 inches (97.8 cm) from the base to the top of the finial. The lovely gold corded (cordonato d'oro) glass makes up a full 22 inches (55.9 cm)of the height! The rest of the height is comprised of the original hardware for the lamp, and is in excellent condition. Each section of the glass is in perfect condition, with no cracks, chips or repairs...

Orrefors Fishgraal (Graal) vase, circa 1954. Large crystal vase with fish swimming in pond with pond weed. Rarer, near spherical form. Signed ORREFORS/Graal No. 1159 H/Edward Hald. Piece measures 5 inches (12.7 cm) tall and is 5 3/8 inches (13.6 cm) in diameter. Highly reflective and gives illusion of many more fish swimming in pond. Condition is excellent,has minor surface scratches but no chips, cracks or repairs. Age appropriate scratches to base.

Signed Venini Fazzoletto (aka: handkerchief) in slightly opalescent Lemon Yellow glass; vase stands 8 inches (20 cm) tall and is 8 inches (20 cm) wide and has a polished pontil and "pulled" points. The piece is acid stamped venini/murano/ITALIA. Vases of this type were made early in the production with the more complex designs coming later. No chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1950

Cylindrical decanter in light blue, pink and white 'a canne' with a matching globular stopper. Stopper has a clear glass flange and neck. Neither the stopper nor the neck of the bottle is ground. The bottle stands 17 1/2 inches tall with it's stopper (15 1/8 inches without) and is 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the base. Retains its round blue and silver Made in Murano sticker on the base. There are two small black inclusions midway up the body of the decanter, each about the size of a pinhead...

With it's GREAT color and style this Venini will fit easily into your Retro 50's decor! This Venini Fazzoletto measures just over 5 inches (12.7 cm) tall, and is 7 inches (17.8 cm) in diameter. The Turquoise interior is cased with a layer of latimo glass. Ground pontil, and signed "venini/Murano/Italia" on the bottom. The mark is difficult to read being white on white, but I've included a addtional contrast adjusted photograph to more clearly show the mark...

Center bowl of opalescent glass with irregular aventurine patches floating in pools of clear teal-blue. Slightly irregular oval, almost egg shaped, bowl measures a (HUGE!) 19 inches (48 cm) by 13 (33 cm) and is 2.5 inches (6 cm) deep. Bowl has a flat bottom with a polished pontil and retains its blue and silver Murano Glass, made in Italy label. Likely an Ermanno Toso design of 1950/1960. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1960.

Vetreria Alfredo Barbini incalmo spherical vase consisting of fused transparent amethyst and amber hemispheres, with cut and polished opening. Height is 9.5 inches (24 cm) Diameter at equator 10 inches (25.4 cm). No chips, cracks or repairs, few minor surface scratches. Inscribed: Barbini Murano. Circa 1970

Large stylized murano glass figure of a kneeling Asian, rendered in two shades of smoky gray glass with amethyst undertones. The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. The figure stands 13.5 inches (34.2 cm) tall and is slightly over 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide and is 7.5 inches (19 cm) deep. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. Orrefors bowl internally decorated with blue spiral, with a black glass foot. Bowl has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches (cm) and a height of 2 inches (cm). Signed on the foot ORREFORS/S-GRAAL nbr 670-D/Edward Hald. Condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks or repairs. Circa 1969

This pieces sparkles! Designed by Ermanno Toso this cylindrical decanter is made with twisted pink canes and aventurine filigree. Matching stopper with clear glass flange and stem. Stopper does have burst bubble which occurred during manufacture. Decanter stands just over 18 inches (46 cm) Tall, and has no chips, cracks or repairs. Retains the blue and silver foil export label used by Fratelli Toso. Identical piece is shown in Leslie Pina's book Fratelli Toso, page 23. Excellent condition...

White opalescent vase with turquoise stripes. Rim is pulled and curled. Retains it's blue and silver foil label Murano/Made in Italy/Glass. Height is 9 inches (22.8 cm). Beautiful slip graal bowl in maroon and clear glass, circa 1954. Intriguing floral or snowflake design at botton of bowl is the focus from which all the 'arms' of the spiral emanate, really lovely. The piece is engraved "Orrefors S Graal Nr. 1970L Edward Hald" The dimensions of the bowl are: Height 2 1/2" (6.4cm) Width 4 3/4" (12cm) The condition of the bowl is excellent, no chips, cracks or repairs.
