Fazzoletto (Handkerchief) vase composed of various alternating Zanfirico filigrana in bright colors of orange, green, yellow, burgundy, pink and white, alone and in combinations, all cased in clear glass. The vase measures 4 inches (10.2 cm) in height and is 8 3/4 inches (22.2 cm) in diameter. There are some bubbles in the glass owing to the hand formed nature of the piece, but no chips, cracks or repairs. Light in weight as the glass is thinly blown. Pauly and C. blue paper label affixed over pontil mark. Circa 1950.
