A large 19th c Tongzhi period square section vase, painted with famille rose enamels to depict a large traditional family gathering in its main hall to present ancestral offerings, while servants and guards gather outside, and a distant visitor or relative approaches on horseback.
Condition: There are three small spots where the glaze has fritted away from the mouth rim, leading to shallow glaze chip. Otherwise this vase is in perfect antique condition. [Please examine all photos carefully, as they are part of the condition report.]
