1. What is the Certificate of Authenticity?

Certificate of Authenticity is a certificate that guarantees the authenticity of antiques.

2. If I purchase item from AntiqueTica, do I get the Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, you need to make a request for the Certificate of Authenticity. AntiqueTica will issue a non-transferable certificate of authenticity under the name of AntiqueTica.com. The certificate will cover the item during your ownership procession.

3. What is AntiqueTica's return policy?

We guarantee every item sold to be as described. If the item proves not too be as described, we provide full money back refund within 90 days after the sale end date. In that 90 days period, refunds will be granted only by any claims which are supported by written statements from the following sources below:

1. Christie's or Sotheby's Asian Art specialists
2. A curator of Asian arts from major museums.
3. A recognized test such as Thermo luminescence from a recognized laboratory.

Refunds are limited to the net sale price, excluding shipping, handling, packing, insurance fees, payment service provider fees (PaPal, credit cards, wiring transfer, etc) and Ebay's listing and commission fees (if any).

All items must be returned insured, in the same condition as when they were sold.

4. How do I have the item(s) being insured to avoid any damages from transportation?

Simply, let us know you need the insurance for the shipping item(s). We will contact shipping company for the insurance quote. Once we receive the quote, we will contact you for your approval whether you want to ship with or without the insurance. We strongly recommend our clients to ship with insurance. The insurance fees are varied depending on the actual cost of each item.
