Chinese elegant Dingware vase. The rounded body tapering towards the tall cylindrical base, surmounted by a slender, gently waisted neck with a boldly flared scalloped rim. Covered all over in a creamy-white glaze. Freely carved with peony and lotus blossoms with comb-etchings all around.

The base rim left unglazed with the base glazed showing the characteristic glaze tear-drops...

A Chinese porcelain blue and white "boys" bowl. In the center well, a boy is riding on the back of a bull. The outside of the bowl displays boys playing in different activities, all between double blue line borders. The base has a Tianqi four-character mark and is possibly of the period.

Large Fahua jar with 5 evenly spaced loops at the neck. Flowers, leaves and scrolls surround the jar coloured in light brown and yellow against a green ground. The neck ending with a rolled rim.

These types of jars are normally dated to the 15th century (Ming Dynasty). The base, as well as the inside of the jar are both left unglazed. On the base are the remnants of an old collection label.

Chinese gilt bronze seat figure of an immortal, probably Pudai holding a begging bowl in his right hand. He is wearing long flowing robes with traces of red lacquer throughout.

This statue is 13 cm high by 9 cm wide by 7 1/2 cm depth.

Dated to 18th century with possibility to the 17th century.

Condition: This piece is in very good condition. It is also a very heavy piece. Original finish.
