Chinese porcelain under-glaze blue and white baluster jar with cover. Decorated all around with prunus and cracked ice design. The inside and base glazed white. The lid glazed in the same design.

Age: Late Qing Dynasty

Side: 14" high

Condition: This vase and cover was converted to a lamp. The base has been drilled and the knob on the top of the cover has been removed and there is a repaired crack...

Antique Chinese hand painted in famille verte enamels; a water pot for the scholar's desk . Low square form with feet to each corner. Depicts scenes of wise men with attendants, birds and flowers on the top and all sides . Base unglazed. No marks.

Age: Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period (1662 - 1722)

Size: Approximately 3-1/4" high by 7-3/4" width by 7-3/4" depth

Condition: Very good condition, no breaks or cracks. Some slight wear to the enamels...

Chinese stoneware teadust glazed censer resting on three rounded feet, each having a vent hole and decorated with an upper and lower row of bosses all around. Glazed all overall in a rich green teadust glaze. The base with an engraved 4 character mark.

Size: 5" diameter by 3-1/4" high

Condition: No breaks or cracks - some discoloration on the inside from use

Age: Qing Dynasty

Chinese antique large porcelain circular box with cover decorated in polychrome floral decoration. The base and cover are decorated with peonies flowers on branches in both white and famille rose. There is a six character blue Qianlong seal mark on the base.

Size: 15 cm high by 26 cm diameter

Condition: Very good condition, no cracks and/or breaks

Age: Early 19th century

Antique Japanese Hyotan made from a gourd plant for Sake. Painted with trailing flowers outlined in silver. Original red hanging rope.

Age: Edo Period (18th Century)

Condition: Very good condition, no restoration

Size: Approximately 8-1/4" high by 4" diameter at it's widest point.

Of quatrelobed form with a central vertical panel on each side. One side is marked "zhai jie", the other in Manchu script. Bordered with a dense design of stylised lotus on a light green ground within raised gilt borders. The sides painted with scrolling foliage on a white ground with a bottom hole for a string of beads.

Condition: Very good, some slight wear to the enamels

Size: 6.5 cm in length

Stoneware blue junyao vase with red splash to one side with a garlic mouth over a short neck with curved shoulders over crackled sides tapering to a flared foot. The base glazed.

Very good condition, no breaks or cracks.

Size is 16.5 cm by 10 cm wide

A Chinese jade bead necklace with a central large celadon jade carved medallion. These jadeite beads are graduated in size and are a lovely medium green with natural veining throughout.

Size: The necklace is 21" long and the medallion is 2" long by 2-1/4" wide

Condition: Good

A Chinese famille-verte enamelled porcelain brushpot, with multiple warriers on horse and feet. Scenes separated by a band around the pot with a ruyi head top border and a wave bottom border. The inside and base glazed white, the rim left unglazed. No markings.

Size: Approximately 14" high by 6-1/4" diameter

Age: Mid 19th century (Qing Dynasty)

Condition: This was once used as a lamp, so the base has a small hole, along with a further small hole at the bottom...

Chinese Song style clair de lune glaze peach-shaped water pot, moulded with five flying bats around the upper part of the peach-shaped body and two lotus buds in relief issuing from the bottom, applied exterior overall with clair de lune glaze. Interior glazed bluish-white, the base left unglazed. No markings.

Age: Qing Dynasty

Size: 7-1/4" length

Condition: Part of one of the bat wings has been chipped off...

A Chinese export gilded wucai porcelain plate. Decorated with swallows and lotus flowers and petals. The back left bare. No markings.

Age: Circa 19th century

Size: Approximately 9" Diameter

Condition: Very good. There has been a professional repair (tiny touch-up) in one area at the rim.

A pair of Chinese opaque yellow glass bottle vases. Each with tall carved necks and rounded rims, the necks decorated with the tails of dragons that eminate from the rounded bodies . The two five claw dragons chasing a flaming pearl through the heavens. The base plain.

Note: The pictures were taken in two different lights, hence the difference in the colour shades.

Condition: One of the vases is in good condition...

Pair of Chinese "Seven Sages" bamboo brush pots, bitong. Both deeply carved to the front depicting the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove. No markings.

Age: 19th Century

Size: 6-3/4" High by 5-1/2" Diameter

Condition: Good, there is some cracking of the bamboo which is expected. On a couple of the pictures I have lightened them up to show the insides and the bases.

A Chinese duan inkstone housed in a fitted carved box, most probably for a scholar. The box is carved with birds on flowering branches. The box sits on four corner mounts. The stone is carved with a poem. I believe that the box is zitan. (Note: Some of the pictures have been lightened to show the detail.)

Size: The stone is 4" wide by 5-1/2" high...

A pair of Chinese turquoise and aubergine glazed phoenix standing on pierced bases in the Kangxi style (1662-1722), the base stamped 'Made in China'.

Age: Early 20th century (Republic)

Size: Approximately 16" high by 6" wide

Condition: Very good condition. The top of the crown on one of the birds broke off and has been re-glued back on. And on the other bird, the bottom part of the beak has broken off.

A large Chinese blue and white waisted bitong (brush pot). The flared rim over narrowing sides decorated with a continuous scene of figures in a landscape setting meeting others bearing banners with gifts finely painted in rich tones of underglaze blue. In the distance a man leads a buffalo beside a cliff face. The top and bottom with incised scroll borders. The inside glazed white. The base left bare...

Chinese hat stand done in fencai enamels showing fish swimming among foliage. Gilt border with a poem done in black ink. The inside and base glazed white with the base rim unglazed. On the base is a iron red stamped mark in borders.

Size: Approximately 11" high by 4-3/4" diameter

Condition: Good condition, no breaks or cracks. There is wear to the gilt border.

Age: Late Qing to early Republic.

The surface of the screen looking like a mountain peak with glacier beyond. The stone with dark grey tones with white. The edge with seals and Chinese characters.
