A blue and white stembowl,thinly potted with deep flaring sides painted on the exterior with flowering branches of chrysanthemum, pomegranate, peony and camillia. The interior with a ribbon-tied lotus bouquet. A four-character Xuande mark below the rim on the exterior. The base rim smooth and unglazed.

Size: 15.75 cm high, with a top rim diameter of 15.25 cm and a base rim diameter of 7 cm

Age: Early Republic

Condition: Minor glaze cracks, one in particular where the stem meets the body of the bowl, some very small areas of discolouration (brown spots), but otherwise in very good condition.
