Unusual,good, clean glass with greyish tone to the glass. It has an elongated bell bowl supported on a plain teared stem section leading to a large and confident beaded ball knop standing on a plain conical foot.
This is a difficult glass to categorise in that the bowl’s proportion is somewhere between that of an ale glass and a wine glass. Also the stem is somewhere between: plain straight , balustroid/baluster or composite.
Height 6¾ inches;
Bowl diameter 2⅛ inches;
Foot diameter 3 inches.
In very good condition with a very few small inclusions; normal for a glass of this type and period of manufacture. No evidence of restoration.
