This late 19th century Japanese hexagon cloisonn¨¦ vase is 7 ½ inches tall and 3 ¾ inches wide. It has various phoenix cartouches on a dark blue background. There is a small chip close to the bottom quarter.

The Chinese Tang Dynasty iron stele is 7 ½ inches tall and 5 ½ inches wide. A Buddhist design is on one side; calligraphy is on reverse. Most of the calligraphy has worn off, but some characters are still legible. It looks like it was made to honor one family¡¯s ancestor. There is a date to indicate it was made during second year of ¡°Zhi De¡±(757 A.D.) of the Tang Dynasty. The old coin style base (stand) is cast iron and was made to fit the stele later. It is in excellent condition...

This early 20th century Japanese ivory netsuke is 1 7/8 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide. It depicts an old sage holding a wine cup. A frog and a gourd are beside him. It is signed ¡°Gyokushi¡± and is in great condition.

This old wood netsuke figure is 3 inches tall and 1 inch wide. It depicts a long haired, bearded sage (or hermit) holding a staff. It is not signed and is in great condition.

This early 20th century ivory mask is 1 ¾ inches long and 1 ¼ inches wide. It is signed ¡°Ichimoto¡± and is in good condition.

This early 19th century lacquered wood depicts a boy performing a Shi Shi dance. It is 2 inches tall. It is signed ¡°Nisai.¡± Some color is worn off; but it is in good condition.

This early 19th century persimmon wood is carved as an old man carrying a child on his back. It is 2 inches tall. It is not signed, slightly stained and worn, but in good condition.

This 18th century wood Iwabe shells netsuke is 2 inches long and 1 ¾ inches wide. It is not signed, slightly worn but in great condition.

This pair of enameled glass brush holders carries a wild geese and grass design. They are 5 ¼ inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. They came in blue brocade fitted boxes. Both have a ¡°Qian Long¡± (1736~1795) mark on the bottom. Near the date mark there is a red wax seal which indicates they were exported from mainland China. The color and the design are great. Both are in perfect condition.

This Chinese Ming Dynasty (1368~1615) bronze temple guardian is 14 ½ inches tall. The four characters on chest read ¡°pass to the heavenly gate¡±. The weapon he carried is missing. It is in good condition.

This early 20th century pale green porcelain Guan Yin is 9 inches tall. The image of Guan Yin holding a baby boy is a fertility symbol in Chinese custom. It is in good condition.

Early 20th century Chinese fine famille-rose vase is 8 ½ inches tall and 4 ¾ inches on the widest part. It depicts five children playing. It has a Qian Long mark on the bottom. However, we assume the mark is fictitious. It is beautifully painted and in good condition except for a tiny flaw on the rim.

Chinese Guang Xu period (1875~1908) Wucai vase is 9 inches tall. The vase came from the Warren Cox collection, New York. It depicts two flower vessels which are separated by calligraphy. Studio mark Cha Yi Xing on the bottom. It is in great condition.

Late 19th or early 20th century Japanese satsuma bowl is 2 ½ inches tall and 7 inches in diameter. It has a magnificent insect and floral design on both the interior and exterior. It has an old repair on the rim and a small hairline crack. Signed.

Early 20th century Japanese square satsuma plate is 7 ¾ inches by 8 inches. It has a raised floral and peacock design with houses and a lake in the distance. It is signed ¡°Hododa¡± and is in great condition.

20th century Japanese satsuma vase is 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It depicts several geishas walking on a path near a lake during spring. There are mountains in the background, flowering trees in the foreground and houses surrounded by trees. It is signed ¡°koshida.¡± It carries a gilt circular rim with multicolor flowers below and around the bottom. It is in great condition.

This late 19th century Chinese ivory carving of a Smiling Buddha (Hotai) is 2 ¼ inches tall, 2 inches wide and 1½ inches deep. His eyes are inlaid horn. His head is raised up in a big smile. His left hand holds a sack; prayer beads are in the other hand. There are six children around him. A hand is missing on one of the children. Aside from that, the piece is in pretty good condition.
