Composed of a globular body on a ring base. Two handles are applied from the shoulder to the middle of the body on either side. The neck is wide and slightly flared. The amphoriskos is decorated with a series of incised lines on the shoulders and upper body and a raised ridge on each handle. Intact and as found.

This amphoriskos and those like it were used in antiquity to hold perfume and other essential oils. Such vessels were the smaller, personal version of amphoras used for transporting large quantities of goods for trade.
