Of Eastern Mediterranean production, this vessel would have originally been used for the containment of eye makeup or ointments. The body is formed of two tubes with applied trailing throughout. Two small handles are applied from the middle of the body to the rim where they connect to a larger basket handle of pale green glass.
In very fine condition with exquisite silver iridescence.
