This unusual bangle is very comfortable to wear — the shape of this sturdy bangle makes it easy to slide over the knuckles. The bangle was formed by bending a four-sided sterling silver rod into a square with rounded corners, joining the ends at the middle of one side. The bracelet bears the 925 mark for sterling as well as an unidentified maker’s mark, and dates around 1980. It measures about 8 inches around the inside, and 2 5/8 inches square. It fits nicely on a wrist measuring 6 ½ inches around at the wrist bone. Weight: 10.5 grams
