Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Wine Cup

This small cup was made during the 15th - 16th century. It is decorated in underglaze blue, the centre design seems to be a Sanskrit character that is repeated on the outer wall. There is no restoration or repair although there is the tiniest of "nicks" to the rim edge and a short hairline at the rim. Diameter 6 cm.

Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Wine Cup

This small cup was made during the 15th - 16th century. The underglaze blue decoration to both inner and outer surfaces are floral patterns. There is a two-character mark to the base. The discolouration of the glaze is as a result of long burial - this cup was excavated in Cambodia. Diameter 6.5 cm. Although there is no restoration or repair, there are some tiny "nibbles" to the rim edge and a fine hairline crack.

Chinese Ming Dynasty Small Blue & White Porcelain Bowl / Cup - Dragon

This small bowl, or wine cup, was made during the 16th century. It stands on a relatively high foot. The underglaze blue decoration features two stylised dragons. There is a single-character mark to the base. Diameter 8.25 cm. Although there is no restoration or repair, there is some "fritting" to the glaze at the rim edge and three old and and stained hairlines to the wall.

This rare and unusual small covered box was made during the Wanli reign (1573 - 1620) of the Ming Dynasty. It has a conical-shaped cover and is decorated with an underglaze blue floral pattern.

This blue & white porcelain bowl was made during the latter part of the Jiajing reign (1522 - 1566) of the Ming Dynasty. It is coated in quite a thick finely-crackled glaze.
