Korean Choson 15th/16th Century Punchong Slip-Inlaid Bowl

This bowl was made during the 15th – 16th Century (Choson / Joseon Dynasty). The inner surface is decorated with parallel lines (in fact, two single lines incised as a spiral) inlaid with white slip. Fine Korean Koryo Dynasty Celadon Stoneware Bowl

This stoneware bowl was made during the Koryo Dynasty (AD 918 - 1392). It is fairly "heavily-potted" and glazed all over in a thick finely-crackled celadon glaze, the colour of which varies very slightly according to its thickness. To the inner surface are two lightly incised rings, around the centre and just below the rim.

Korean Choson 15th/16th Century Punchong Slip-Inlaid Bowl

This bowl was made during the 15th – 16th Century (Choson / Joseon Dynasty). It is quite “heavily-potted” and both inner and outer surfaces are decorated with a pattern comprising repeated flower heads of varying sizes and parallel lines executed with inlaid white slip.
