This fine stoneware tea bowl was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1127 - 1279) at one of the kilns in Jiangxi province. It is coated in a dark brown glaze save for the rim and the slightly recessed flat base where the pale creamy-white body is revealed. This high-fired porcelain dish was made during the 13th - 14th centuries at one of the Longquan kilns, Zhejiang province. It is coated in an olive-green glaze except for the foot ring that reveals its pale grey body.
