Thai 14th - 15th Century Celadon Glazed Stoneware Bowl
This ”heavily-potted” stoneware bowl was made during the 14th – 15th century at the Sawankhalok kilns. The inner surface is decorated with simple incised lines and the outer wall with parallel carved ridges. The relatively tall foot remains unglazed revealing the pale reddish brown body.
Diameter 11 cm (4.25 inches). There are a couple of hairline crack and a chip to the underside rim edge but there is no repair or restoration.
