Small Chinese Blue & White Porcelain Dish - Kangxi
This small dish was made in the late 17th century during the Kangxi reign (1662 - 1722) of the Qing Dynasty. The underglaze blue decoration features flower blossoms. To the base is a seal mark within double rings.
Diameter 11.75 cm (4.5 inches). There is minor surface wear to the glaze and a chip to the rim edge. There is no repair or restoration.
This dish was recovered from a shipwreck by Captain Michael Hatcher of "Hatcher Cargo" fame.
