Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Dish
This small porcelain saucer dish was made during the latter part of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It is coated in a thick glaze and simply decorated in underglaze blue with thin lines on both upper and lower surfaces. Diameter 13.5 cm (5.25 inches). There are small pieces of kiln grit embedded within the glaze. To the rim edge is an old short hairline. No restoration or repair.
