Chinese Ming Dynasty Blue & White Porcelain Dish
This small porcelain dish was made during the latter part of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It has an unusual underglaze blue floral pattern covering almost the whole of the upper surface. To the underside are faint incised rings below the rim, but whether these are intended as decoration, or are simply manufacturing marks from the potter's wheel, we are not sure.
Diameter 12 cm. It is in fine condition and has no repair or restoration.
