Chinese Kangxi Gilt & Enamelled Porcelain Dish with Double Fish Mark
This dish was made in the Kangxi reign (1662 - 1722) of the Qing Dynasty. It is attractively and elaborately decorated in gilt and red enamel. To the underside is an underglaze blue double fish mark within two rings.
Diameter 21 cm (8.25 inches). There is some wear to the gilding, a couple of small "nibbles" and a short hairline to the rim edge. This dish still has a ring when tapped and has no repair or restoration.
