This porcelain bowl was made during the 16th century. It is quite "heavily-potted" with the inner surface decorated in underglaze blue, the central pattern being a floral motif with a geometric trellis border around the inner rim. The outer wall remains undecorated. The glaze is thick and, not unusually, there are a few spots to the outer wall that the glaze has not covered.
Diameter 12.5 cm. This bowl is in fine condition. It has a good ring when tapped and has no restoration or repair.
