Wonderful 14k gold ring constructed around a 19th century shell cameo by ED WIENER, NYC, c.1960. Made of very heavy gauge gold(weighs 10dwt=1/2 troy oz.), it is size 7. Ed Wiener would take a special cameo, stone, enamel piece, etc and build a ring or brooch around it. The beautiful textured gold work sets off the inset cameo. Dark oxydized gold also sets off the separate bezzle around the cameo...

Beautiful pair of hand made sterling and ebony LEAF trays by Los Castillo, Mexico, c.1950. They match item #273200 which is a very large matching LEAF tray by Los Castillo. Hand hammered and beautifully sculpted, each measures 11" long by 3 1/2" wide. Each is signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MEXICO HANDWROUGHT 118 (bellmark) 15". Pair of floral design period retro sterling, turquoise, and rubies scatter pins, c.1940's. They each have five curved and crimped petals with a 4-pronged ruby(5 points each) between each petal and a center turquoise stone. There are a total of 10 rubies. Each pin measures 1 1/4" in diameter and is 1/2" high. Unusual and very cute. Excellent condition, except that one ruby has a small "bite" but is held firmly in place by the prongs...

Hand made silver and cornelian modernist pin/pendant, possibly Israeli, c.1960's. Large and of good weight, this abstract design, measures 3" long by 1 1/2" wide. It is signed with a partial mark on the loop that seems to be Israeli. When worn with a chain, it is worn vertically, and, horizontally, when worn as a pin. The cornelian is bezel set. Very large, rare, and heavy gauge sterling pin by the famous woman Mexican silversmith, Victoria (Ana Brilanti), c. 1945. The original geometric Mayan design measures 4" wide and 2 1/4" long and the applied silver provides the exciting foreground against an oxydized background. Large heavy gauge silver Hopi bolo. The oxydized bottom layer has a hand cut design top layer showing man and woman figures. The bolo measures 2" long by 1 5/8" wide. Handmade 14k bangle by Ronald Pearson, Rochester, N.Y., c.1950's. Although unsigned, I have previously had this design in both gold and silver signed by Pearson. Beautiful turned design, it is a classic modernist piece. The oval design measures 2 5/8" by 2 1/2" on the inside, and the inside circumference is 7 1/2". Period arts & crafts hand made silver and copper mixed metals cuff and earrings set, c.1918. Set includes HUGE cuff measuring 3" WIDE with an 8" inside diameter including the 2" opening. Screwback earrings measure 1 1/8" square. The design on both consists of a copper body with silver dots of various sizes applied to the copper.
