Fabulous huge silver and onyx bracelet Mexico, c.1942. Mayan design has three onyx pieces (backed in silver)measuring almost 1" diameter and rising 5/8". Signed "MEXICO SILVER" and in excellent condition except that some of silver rounds are a bit dented at one section. Bracelet is 1 1/2" wide and the inside circumference is 7". Lushly designed floral sterling and amethyst pin sold by Sanborn's and possibly made by Fred Davis who managed and designed for the store from 1947 through the early 50's, Mexico, c.1950. Pin is signed "bellmark 22", which was Sanborn's number. It measures 2 1/8" long by 1" wide. Excellent condition except that pin was probably changed with lead solder. Rare sterling modernist choker necklace by Sigi, c.1952. Extremely heavy, it weighs 5 troy oz(150 gms)and is in excellent condition. The concave necklace houses graduated dimensional silver balls going around the entire piece. Sigi opened his PLATEROS shop in 1952, and one rarely sees the PLATEROS mark. The necklace is signed "PLATEROS TAXCO MEXICO STERLING #17 bellmark-can't read". The choker measures 14" around and is for a small neck...

Two(2) pendant necklaces made of brass and silver by the famous NYC modernist Ed Wiener. One of the necklaces is signed:"ED. WIENER" and they are in excellent condition. Each concave disk has a free form applied silver wire and bead design. One pendant measures 2 1/2" and the other, almost 2". They are each hanging on sterling chains, 30" and 19". EXTREMELY RARE: Large and very substantial(weighs 20 troy oz.) sterling OPEN serving bowl hand made by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1931. Beautifully hand hammered, this piece measures 11" by 7" by 2 1/2" high. It has a rounded bottom and sides with beautiful handles. The sides are rounded inward and will not accept a top. RARE modernist sterling and rhodochrosite bracelet by Theodor Fahrner, Germany, c.1960's. This famed maker closed shop in the 1970's and produced a very small output of modernist designs. The substantial bracelet is made of heavy gauge silver(weighs 3 troy oz or 90 gms) and measures 7" long. Each of the 6 concave links measures 1 1/16" wide by 1" long and will fit a medium to larger wrist because of the curved links. The 6 matching stones are original and set off the textured silver...
