Handmade sterling and ebony figural pendant by the famous NYC modernist, Ed Wiener, c.1955. It is photographed on p.69 of "Jewelry By Ed Wiener". Signed "ED WIENER STERLING" and is in excellent condition and measures 2 3/8" including the silver bale. Striking geometric modernist design matte enamel on brass pendant, Germany, c.1950's. It measures 1 5/8" by 1 1/2", not including the bale and is in excellent condition. This kind of enamel work was done in Germany during this time, but there is no signature. Architectural modernist sterling horse head earrings by Paul Lobel(1899-1983), c.1950's. These earrings show a stylized horse head with applied silver wire forming a dimensional profile. The silver is cut unevenly to show the mouth and each measures 1" wide by 3/4" long. In excellent condition, each are signed "LOBEL STERLING". One of the best figural modernist designs ever executed. RARE modernist sterling and rhodochrosite bracelet by Theodor Fahrner, Germany, c.1960's. This famed maker closed shop in the 1970's and produced a very small output of modernist designs. The substantial bracelet is made of heavy gauge silver(weighs 3 troy oz or 90 gms) and measures 7" long. Each of the 6 concave links measures 1 1/16" wide by 1" long and will fit a medium to larger wrist because of the curved links. The 6 matching stones are original and set off the textured silver...

Early hand made eye/eyelash sterling and matrix turquoise earrings by famous modernist Sam Kramer, NYC, c.1955. Each matrix turquoise comes from a different mine - one is greenish turquoise with black material (right) and the other is blue turquoise with brown(left) material. Obviously hand made, with each earring charmingly differently shaped than the other. They each measure approx. 1 1/8" long by 3/4"-1" wide. Each is signed STERLING mushroom mark(for Kramer) and are in excellent condition...
