Group of 6 in a study of hand-signed, in script, mixed metal brooches and/or pendants by the late MARCI ZELAMNOFF and from her estate. They are presented separately and made between 1979-1980. Each is one of a kind and are presented in chronological order. Born in 1942 in Philadelphia, she attended the Rhode Island School of Design and studied with Brent Kingston and Olaf Skoogers. She was a painter, sculptor, and silversmith. These pieces are examples of a study she did in 1979-80 and are each made of silver, copper, and brass. In excellent condition except that there are wear lines in the copper. One of her pieces is featured in Oppi Untracht's "JEWELRY CONCEPTS AND TECHNOLOGY" on page 165 and she was featured in an article in Craft Horizons.
