Most items can be shipped by Fedex or Hong Kong SpeedPost depending on the client’s preference. Large or heavy items may need to be packed and sent by air freight. The client is responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and any import duties and taxes from their respective countries.
We guarantee that all of our pieces are accurately presented in the photos and descriptions listed. If a client purchases an item and believes that we have misrepresented it, they may return the piece as long as they notify us within ten days of receiving the item. We will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping and insurance costs and PayPal fees. The client is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, and the item must be returned in the same condition as received.
We accept payment through PayPal, although bank transfer can be arranged for larger sales.
